Demographics of probable customers in a location will always be important for a retail site (Al Qur’an, 2020). However, demographics will not be important for a manufacturing site. This is because the process of manufacturing will be concerned about producing the required product properly rather than considering the types of consumers. The level of income of an average individual probable to be a prospective customer for an organization will be important for a retail site. However, the level of income will not be important for a manufacturing site. Parking space will not be a concern for manufacturing site but will be important for a retail site because of customers requiring parking space when visiting retail stores (Al Qur’an, 2020).
